For DDV members who wish to cancel their membership for the upcoming season, the deadline for cancellation is December 1st of each calendar year for the subsequent season.

Cancellation is only possible once current membership fee obligations have been met.

You can cancel for the 2027 season until December 1, 2026 at the latest by sending an email to [email protected].

The board of ALTC DDV explicitly informs members regarding the termination of DDV membership:
1. By informing each member, both in writing and verbally at the welcome meeting upon registration, of the method and timeframe for cancellation.
2. By having the method and timeframe for cancellation permanently published on the DDV website.
3. By explicitly publishing the information regarding cancellation again on the homepage of the website during the months of October and November. 
4. By directly informing each member in the October Newsletter about the method and timeframe for cancelling membership.

Cancellations after December 1, 2026, are therefore cancellations for the 2028 tennis season.
